About The Show
- Beyond Van Gogh is a new truly immersive experience. While other shows use virtual reality or still images, Beyond Van Gogh show breaks barriers by incorporating both still and moving art. Masterpieces, now freed from frames, come alive, appear and disappear, flow across multi‑surfaces, the minutia of details titillating our heightened senses. The show is projected on every surface around you and makes you feel as though you have stepped directly into a Van Gogh painting. The show is accompanied by a beautiful score and includes many other surprises.

People of all ages can be part of every brushstroke as Monet’s artwork comes to life in front of their very eyes. You become one with the paintings as projections of Monet’s pieces swirl around, transforming the space into an ethereal representation of his life’s work. His artwork expands beyond the framed canvases through music, sound effects and scenography that will awaken the senses and create a captivating atmosphere. Beyond Monet breaks conventions with this spectacular audio‑visual journey through impressionism.

Know Before You Go
- The entrance to the event is located on W.C. MacInnes Place, just across the street from AVE Tampa Riverwalk Apartments. There will be directional signage to help guide you to the entry door.

- Arrive promptly at the start time indicated on your ticket. Entry for late-arriving guests is not guaranteed.
- Best efforts will be made to accommodate you, but entry for those who have missed their showing or for late-arriving guests is not guaranteed. If you miss your entry time or arrive late and we are unable to accommodate you, no refunds will be issued.
- The show is approximately 90 minutes and is designed as a walk‑through experience.
- Yes, strollers are permitted. However, there will be no facilities for storing and parking strollers. Yes, every attendee, regardless of age, needs a ticket.
- Yes, a cashless gift shop is available at the end of the show.
- Food and beverages are available to buy before you enter the experience. Only drinks in a sealed container are allowed in the exhibit. No food and drink from outside the venue will be allowed in.

Leave valuables, large bags and other personal belongings at home. Backpacks and duffel bags are not permitted in the exhibit. For the safety of our visitors and the exhibit, all bags entering or leaving the exhibit, including purses, are subject to inspection. Ticketing and Booking
- Tickets can be purchased at the door, subject to availability. However, to secure a timeslot and best available pricing, order tickets in advance online — tickets will be an additional $5 at the door. Group tickets must be purchased in advance.
- All tickets are non‑refundable, as stated in the terms and conditions agreed to prior to successfully completing any ticket purchase.
- Change of date or time requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled entry time shown on your ticket. A $10 rescheduling fee will apply. Please contact customer service to reschedule at (813) 229-7827.

- Yes, all attendees, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Kids’ pricing is available.
Accessibility
- Yes, the shows contain bright lights that may cause discomfort for people with photosensitivity or other conditions. If this may affect your experience, please consult with a medical professional prior to attending the show. There will be music playing that might be slightly louder than normal and may cause discomfort for people suffering from sensitivity to loud sounds. If this is applicable to you, we recommend you bring a noise reducing device of your choosing. Disposable earplugs are available at the venue.
- Yes, the moving images, sounds and lights involved in the immersive experience may cause dizziness, motion sickness or vertigo. If this may affect your experience, please consult with a medical professional prior to attending the show.
- Yes, we allow service animals such as guide dogs. No pets are permitted.
- A limited number of wheelchairs are available on a first come first serve basis. Scooters are not available at the venue.
- Yes, the shows are accessible to guests of all abilities. Those who use wheelchairs, mobile scooters, canes, etc. are most welcome.
- Seating is limited and is only available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are encouraged to leave available seating for those with mobility limitations.
- Yes, most of the content of the show is visual and explained in text.
